• les professionnels en fonction de référent de parcours (secteurs et dispositifs divers)
• les travailleurs sociaux du secteur social et médico-social ayant un projet professionnel sur ce type de fonction
• les demandeurs d’emploi et salariés/travailleurs libéraux ayant un projet professionnel sur ce type de fonction
Pour les personnes en situation de handicap, la référente handicap de l’ERTS étudie, à la demande du candidat, les adaptations nécessaires pour le bon déroulement de la formation.
Durée : 147 heures en centre / 245 heures en stage pratique (uniquement pour les demandeurs d’emploi ou personnes hors secteur social)
