BLOC 3 – Gérer les volets administratif, logistique et budgétaire d’une unité d’intervention sociale
Inscrivez-vous au Bloc de compétences 3 de la formation Caferuis proposée à l’ERTS d’Olivet en téléchargeant le dossier de candidature ici : 
L’inscription est possible jusqu’à 1 mois avant la date de début du bloc.
Durée : 60 h de formation théorique
Dates : du 18 novembre 2026 au 15 février 2027

Liste des compétences du BLOC 3 de la formation Caferuis
- Assurer la gestion administrative d’une unité d’intervention sociale
- Organiser la logistique d’une unité d’intervention sociale
- Elaborer le budget prévisionnel d’une unité d’intervention sociale
- Gérer l’exécution et le suivi du budget d’une unité d’intervention sociale
- Communiquer dans le cadre de la gestion administrative, logistique et budgétaire d’une unité d’intervention sociale
- Compétences transversales connexe aux 4 blocs : la communication
L’épreuve consiste en la rédaction d’une note d’aide à la décision, à partir d’une étude de cas, des connaissances du candidat et de son expérience professionnelle.
La note d’aide à la décision doit permettre au candidat d’établir un diagnostic et de construire des propositions d’action dans les domaines de la gestion administrative, logistique et budgétaire. Elle sert à la prise de décision d’un supérieur hiérarchique ou d’un décideur.
L’étude de cas, construite par l’établissement de formation, comprend la formulation d’une consigne à laquelle est associé un dossier constitué au maximum de 20 pages. Ce dossier apporte des éléments descriptifs sur la situation administrative, logistique et budgétaire d’une unité d’intervention sociale.
L’épreuve est organisée comme suit :
- Rédaction individuelle d’une note d’aide à la décision.
