Métier
Le Dirigeant d’Entreprise de l’Économie Sociale et Solidaire, exerce son métier par une approche pluridisciplinaire et systémique prenant en compte les différentes dimensions de la vie et de la gestion de l’entreprise.
Il apporte à l’entreprise une vision du projet alliant la dimension sociale à l’économique. Il gère la complexité des situations et arbitre en concertation avec les instances de décision les choix stratégiques et de pilotage.
Le dirigeant assume la responsabilité générale de la structure par délégation du conseil d’administration ou du conseil de direction.

La formation s’adresse à des personnes en position de responsabilité au sein de la structure ESS : directeur, directeur adjoint, directeur des Ressources Humaines, directeur administratif et financier, responsable d’activités, administrateurs…
La formation peut concerner le futur dirigeant amené à prendre la direction d’une structure de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire. Dans ce cadre, la formation est accessible aux Demandeurs d’Emploi.
Pour les personnes en situation de handicap, la référente handicap de l’ERTS étudie, à la demande du candidat, les adaptations nécessaires pour le bon déroulement de la formation.

Objectifs de la formation
La formation DEESS proposée à l’ERTS d’Olivet permet aux candidats de :
- Comprendre le fonctionnement de son institution sur les plans stratégique, financier, économique, et social
- Maîtriser les grandes orientations des politiques sociales, de l’organisation politique, juridique et administrative
- Concevoir et conduire des projets d’action sociale en réponse aux besoins des usagers
- Penser et mettre en œuvre l’organisation du travail, la gestion administrative et financière d’une unité ou d’un service
- Gérer les ressources humaines, mobiliser et animer une équipe de collaborateurs
Contenus de la formation
Cursus complet : 399 H sur 57 jours (18 à 24 mois). Parcours modulaire par blocs de compétences possible.
Le parcours de formation est construit à partir du bilan entrepreneurial de chaque entreprise. Constitué de modules thématiques, le parcours est articulé autour de la « recherche-action » et d’analyses de pratiques managériales :
- Bloc 1 – Réalisation d’un diagnostic systémique de l’entreprise de l’ESS : 6 modules – 70 H – 10 jours. Plus d’informations sur la liste de compétences du Bloc 1.
- Bloc 2– Élaboration du projet stratégique pour l’entreprise de l’ESS : 5 modules – 70 H – 10 jours. Plus d’informations sur la liste de compétences du Bloc 2.
- Bloc 3 – Construction et pilotage de la fonction économique et financière de l’entreprise de l’ESS : 3 modules – 56H- 8 jours. Plus d’informations sur la liste de compétences du Bloc 3.
- Bloc 4 – Conduite d’un processus de production responsable, management de l’entreprise de l’ESS par la qualité et dynamique d’amélioration continue : 4 modules – 59H30 – 8,5 jours. Plus d’informations sur la liste de compétences du Bloc 4.
- Bloc 5 – Pilotage de la dynamique interne des ressources humaines en lien avec les valeurs et le projet de l’entreprise de l’ESS : 6 modules – 73H30 – 10,5 jours. Plus d’informations sur la liste de compétences du Bloc 5.
- Bloc 6 – Animation des instances de gouvernance, des acteurs internes et des partenariats autour du projet stratégique de l’entreprise de l’ESS : 6 modules – 70H – 10 jours. Plus d’informations sur la liste de compétences du Bloc 6.
Dispenses et Allègements
Le candidat peut s’inscrire à tout ou partie de la formation. Il a le choix de suivre un ou plusieurs blocs de compétences.
Modalités pédagogiques
Formation-action s’appuyant sur les éléments d’activité des participants.
Pédagogie active, mises en situation, atelier coopératif en petits groupes, évaluation formative durant le parcours de formation, accompagnement pédagogique collectif et individualisé.
La formation est dispensée en présentiel mais des temps à distance peuvent être organisés ponctuellement.
Types d’intervenants
Formateurs, universitaires, professionnels titulaires de diplômes professionnels des différents secteurs de l’économie sociale et solidaire, et maîtrisant les différents champs de compétences de la gestion d’entreprise.
Contenus de la formation
Aucun diplôme n’est exigé à l’entrée en formation.
L’admission se fait sur dossier et par un Entretien de candidature pour pré-sélection.
Le candidat peut s’inscrire à tout ou partie du parcours.

- Inscriptions au parcours complet.
- Inscriptions par bloc de compétences (jusqu’à 1 mois avant la date de début du bloc).
La certification professionnelle DEESS de niveau 7 enregistré au RNCP 37999 en date du 20/09/2023 (échéance de l’enregistrement au 20/09/2026) est acquise lorsque les 6 blocs de compétences sont certifiés. Chaque bloc de compétence est certifiable indépendamment des autres. Le titre DEESS est également accessible par la VAE.
Accompagnement à l’écriture du rapport professionnel de certification.
Certificateur : Faire ESS
Le financement de la formation peut être pris en charge par le :
- Compte personnel de formation de transition professionnelle pour les salariés
- Compte personnel de formation pour les salariés et les demandeurs d’emploi
- OPCO – Plan de développement des Compétences pour les salariés
- Financement des parcours pour les demandeurs d’emploi, nous consulter.

Après obtention du titre, le dirigeant d’entreprise de l’économie sociale et solidaire peut exercer dans différentes structures de l’Economie Sociale et Solidaire. Il est également possible de poursuivre ses études vers un cursus universitaire.
