Présentation de la formation “Les Écrits professionnels” proposée par l’ERTS
Les écrits professionnels désignent tous les documents écrits, messages, rapports, courriels et autres formes de communication écrite produits dans un contexte professionnel.
Cette formation vise à accompagner les professionnels dans l’exploration et l’amélioration de leurs écrits professionnels, moyen principal de communication formelle au sein des structures et organisations.
La formation est proposée à tous les professionnels du secteur social et médico-social (psychologues, travailleurs sociaux, etc).
Pour les personnes en situation de handicap, la référente handicap de l’ERTS étudie, à la demande du candidat, les adaptations nécessaires pour le bon déroulement de la formation.
Durée :
3 jours en présentiel (sur mesure : de 1 à 3 jours sur demande)
Dates :
session en inter-établissements ou sessions intra-établissement programmées sur demande
Lieu : ERTS d’Olivet pour les sessions inter-établissement
La formation permettra aux participants de :
- Mettre à jour les connaissances sur les différentes lois liées au secteur d’intervention
- Connaître les différents écrits professionnels
- Identifier les enjeux des écrits pour les différents acteurs et tenir compte de leurs attentes
- Assumer la responsabilité en termes de rédaction tout en respectant la neutralité
- Maîtriser les techniques de l’écrit professionnel (structurer son écrit, appliquer des règles d’expression, utiliser un registre et un vocabulaire adapté au type d’écrit, etc)
Contenu de la formation “Les Écrits professionnels” proposée par l’ERTS :
- Définition des écrits professionnels
- Les bonnes pratiques en matière d’écrit professionnel
- Ateliers thématiques autour de l’analyse d’écriture des participants
- Les trames et les recommandations : les notes d’information, les rapports, les projets individualisés ou personnalisés, les courriers et courriels, les comptes rendus, les cahiers de liaison, etc
- Le secret professionnel, informations, conservation et responsabilité
Modalités pédagogiques de la formation “Les Écrits professionnels” :
Durant cette formation, les stagiaires travailleront sur :
- Des apports théoriques
- Des ateliers d’analyse d’écriture
- Des mises en situation à partir de scénarios réalistes et concrets
- Des échanges pratiques favorisant les discussions et la collaboration
Type d’intervenants pour la formation “Les Écrits professionnels” proposée par l’ERTS :
Formateur expérimenté dans l’enseignement des écrits professionnels du secteur social et médico-social.
A l’issue de la formation, une attestation de formation sera délivrée aux participants.
Frais de formations :
Les frais de formation s’élèvent à 600€ par personne pour les 3 jours de formation.

Le financement de la formation peut être pris en charge par :
- le Plan de Développement des Compétences pour les salariés
- un Financement individuel
